Public sheep listings and their photos are available only from 5 AM to 8 PM India time on the dated santhe. Calling or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a confirmed purchase or reservation. Prices and weights are farmer-provided information; discuss and verify them with the santhe desk.

ರೈತರ ಅನುಮತಿ · Farmer permission

Staff record a farmer’s name, contact number, village, flock details, photos and permission to display them. Farmer names and contact numbers stay private. Only the village, sheep details, photos and event desk contact are made available publicly.

ರೈತರ ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಹಿಂಡಿನ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವರಗಳು ಸಂತೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಾಣಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಳಿಸುವಿಕೆ · Retention and removal

Staff access to farmer records and photos ends 30 days after the santhe. Scheduled maintenance removes the private records and photos; anonymous event totals remain. Encrypted backups must expire within a further 30 days. Copies already saved or shared by others cannot be recalled.

To correct a listing, withdraw permission or request removal, speak to the staff member who registered the flock, or the event desk during the santhe. Staff can withdraw an active listing; the owner can erase private records after the event. No farmer or buyer account is required.

Cookies & external services

We use a language preference cookie and a separate secure staff session cookie. We count anonymous event visits, detail views, shares and enquiry clicks, without buyer profiles. An enquiry click is not a sale. Opening WhatsApp takes you to an external service with its own privacy terms. Sharing is voluntary.
